To effectively use the site search engine you may need these hints
To effectively use the site search engine you may need these hints:
Building your simple search criteria:
- The more options you select, the efficient result you get in a short
period of time.
- Options are provided almost as a drop down list.
- When you leave the drop down list unselected, the specified option will
not be included in the search criteria. To illuminate an option from
your search criteria just select the first option of the drop down list
(typically the first item that contains labels such as State, Province, City
and so forth).
- You can not select the province before selecting the state first.
- You can not select the city without selecting the province first.
- The price upper limit entry box is the maximum price you afford to pay.
When you leave it blank, the search engine will ignore the price and look for
real estates regardless of the price.
Working with the
search result:
- If the options you specify hit a result, the search engine will display
them with commonly needed information such as the location, the price and so
forth. If no result found a message showing that will be shown, and you can
send us an email telling us about the stuff you were looking for. But before
sending your missing request by email, first try to refine you search
criteria.
- Get more detailed info about a real estate shown on the result, click on
the red link of the real estate location.
- If the real estate you got in the result has photos, a camera icon
will be shown. When you click on it you get snapshot(s) for specified
real estate.
- The web site is equipped with a shopping cart, which helps you in
collecting the offers you like. You can then send these offers as a request to
the web site managers. To add a real estate to your shopping cart click on the
icon
Advanced Search:
There are several advanced options you can select from them. To get into the
advanced search click on the gray link just above the new search button.
